Yoga by Nature offers up a variety of class styles to suit everyone.
We are dedicated to offering students of all ages and experience a relaxing, nourishing and revitalising practice.

We are currently operating out of the Brunswick Heads Community Centre (see map).
All you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle. All props and equipment are provided.

Variety of Classes

Classes range from gentle somatic yoga, hatha yoga and hatha flow classes to restorative and women’s vitality, yin yoga, Children’s and Teen Yoga as well as a Mindfulness based meditation series. All levels of experience are welcome!
