Wear clothes you will be comfortable in so you can move easily – something with a bit of stretch, such as gym wear, singlets and t-shirts, leggings, shorts and track pants. We will practice yoga barefoot however you can bring socks along for relaxation.
When do I need to arrive?
Ideally you want to arrive 10 minutes early for your first class, 15 if its your first time.
Do I need to bring anything?
All props and equipment are provided for your comfort. Definitely bring your own full water bottle.
Where is Yoga by Nature?
We are currently residing our classes at the Brunswick Heads Community Centre, South Beach Rd, Brunswick Heads (Opp Surf Club, riverside). There is heaps of parking, but do check the signs to make sure you are not in an authorised car parking area!!
Is it ok if I’m a beginner?
Yes, all classes are suitable for beginners and can also be modified for injuries or conditions. Feel free to call to discuss before popping in so I can give peace of mind.
Is there anything else I need to do to prepare for class?
– Try to avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 1 (or preferably 2) hour(s) before your class.
– When you arrive place your shoes at the door and switch your mobile off.
