2 Hour Gentle Hatha Class

This 2 hour class incorporates a warm up of our muscles and joints, gentle movement to lubricate, lengthen and strengthen our bodies and develop awareness on our breath to connect body and mind.We will utilise a variety of props to allow the body to be supported as we dive into a deep relaxation to complete our practice.

This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, men and women and can be very beneficial for quietening a busy mind.

Cost is $20
