If you haven’t tried yoga before, this 1 hour class is a gentle way to introduce yourself to this practice and perfect for those of us who don’t like getting down on the floor or stand for long periods of time.

You will be encouraged to work at your own pace as we consciously lengthen muscles, relieving tension and stiffness, increase range of movement to increase oxygen flow and finish the class with a relaxation /meditation session while still sitting on your chair to calm the mind.

If you know anyone who has been shy about trying yoga, this is a great opportunity to send them down to the studio.
