Soothing the nervous system, nourishing and calming the mind with breath, and Yoga Nidra.
A total body workout, integrating Yoga, Pilates, Resistance Bands and Meditation.

Jacqui Fae has 16 years of practicing and studying Yoga and movement in Australia and India, and a background in dance and circus.
Weaving the ancient philosophy of Yoga, the core strengthening of Pilates and the study of anatomy and physio therapy.

Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and Registered for health fund rebates, completed her certification in Level 1 & 2 Solomon YogalatesTM in 2016. Yogalates is a widely reputed therapeutic fusion of Yoga & Pilates.
