Come along and enjoy an afternoon of sharing with women in a safe and sacred space whilst we playfully investigate tools to embrace and nourish our feminine energy.
Some of the practices we will delve into include:
+ Gentle movement to nourish and ground the body
+ Restorative Yoga to invoke deep rest and soothe the nervous system
+ Womb meditations for deep connection
+ Self Inquiry + Journaling
+ Sharing in circle
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before session to settle in.
