Jacqui is a qualified Yogalates teacher, trained by Louise Solomon herself.
Pilates is a beneficial and complimentary practice to yoga, as it focuses on joint stability and core strengthening.
The seamless blend of yoga and Pilates promotes wellness and supports a healthy posture. The teaching style is suitable for all ages, and abilities as instructions are modified, and time is taken to offer progression so that everyone can work safely and comfortably.
Yogalates philosophy has the individual at the centre of the practice, rather than being about performance, or challenge to look and keep up with everyone else. Yogalates has a positive reputation among Allied Health professionals and is on a referral basis from Osteotherapists and Physiotherapists. Jacqui is registered to offer Health Rebates with participating Health Funds. Each organisation is different, so please ask her how.

You can expect to use a variety of props, including free weights and therapy bands.

Jacqui brings her knowledge and experience of the 8 limbs of yoga into her teaching and loves to give a deep savasana including a relaxing Yoga Nidra.
