This series is based on the MBSR program offered by the Centre for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts and each week is a mixture of practice and enquiry.

As a meditator of more than 30 years I have spent time with, and explored the philosophies of, many Eastern teachers. They have all helped me to understand, and practically apply, the principles of mindfulness and meditation through the many ups and downs and challenges of life.
I received my formal training as a mindfulness facilitator with Australia’s pre-eminent mindfulness organisation “Open Ground” and bring together the breadth and precision of mindfulness with a wealth of other experience.
I also currently run anti bullying and mindfulness programs to primary aged students in the school system.
