Deb joins Yoga by Nature this Monday
Offering a Hatha 50+ class – Monday 9.30am – 11.00am
A yoga class created to meet the needs of the individual in a safe and supportive style. Building stability in poses to increase and support both flexibility and strength for longevity and vitality. A class that celebrates the beauty and wisdom of aging gracefully with kindness and compassion.
It is based on Hatha yoga – Hatha yoga being that of balance between sun and moon, flexibility and strength. It allows for a very gentle unwinding and opening into deeper areas in both the body and mind. It is a practice of mindfulness, awareness, joy and allows for a playful exploration of the heart. It is a practice of both movement and stillness so we leave feeling deeply nourished, nurtured and awake.
