Aysha lovingly provides Weekly Prenatal Yoga Classes that assist women of all levels.

The classes provide a safe and nurturing environment in which you are able to deeply relax, release and gently re-energise the body through movement, breathing and meditation.

Aysha’s classes give you the ability and confidence to nurture and trust your innate wisdom, to connect with your unborn baby, to relax and to gently revitalise the mind, body and spirit.

aysWithin the classes women are given the tools to develop the focus and patience that is necessary to move through any birthing experience and transition into motherhood feeling confident and awakened.
