We are so thrilled to introduce Jane, our fabulous latest addition to the already incredible line of teachers at yoga teacher at Yoga by Nature.
Jane is officially taking over from Jenelle the following classes and will be making them her own with her own flavour, style and personality. So help me welcome Jane by joining her for a class or two and here is a little on Jane 🙂
MONDAY 4-5.30PM YOGA FOR BACKS
SAT 8-9.30AM HATHA YOGA
Jane is a passionate yogi with a love of travel, adventure and whole self health and wellness. Her passion comes from a genuine desire to hold space for people wanting to create and explore their very best self through mindfulness, yoga and nutrition.
With a background in Environmental Management, it was a career in the mining industry that originally led Jane to yoga and the incredible benefits it offered in connecting body, mind and breath and reducing stress. In 2011 she completed her Level 1 200 hr Yoga Teacher training and took her new skills to rural South Australia. Practising yoga for over 12 years and teaching for four of those, Jane’s first classes in country town halls were a far cry from the hustle and bustle of the yoga capital of Australia, Byron Bay! But the reward was great and sharing her unique restorative/hatha style classes with her local community saw Jane build a successful local business which enabled so many to access the incredible benefits of a consistent yoga practice and committed teacher.
Moving to Brunswick Heads in 2013, Jane is currently completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and has recently completed the Food + Spirit practitioner program with Dr. Deanna Minich. Jane’s passions are food, travel, surfing and connecting with nature any way she can. Jane has also been involved in local and international yoga retreats on the Sunshine Coast, Bali, Thailand and India with an upcoming retreat in Spain in 2016.
Jane loves sharing practices that align the body with the breath, creating mindful flow and effortless connection between body, mind and spirit. Her style is a combination of hatha, restorative and flow with her classes providing a nourishing and blissful space to delve into self.
