Jackie creatively blends all of her favourite modalities including
Slow Gentle Yoga poses, Hanna Somatics, Breath Awareness, Fluid Movement
and Restorative poses to create a richly nourishing practice for students.
Classes are lovingly crafted for those seeking to move their body in a gentle way,
to release tension and to relax the nervous system.
In person classes are held at Brunswick Heads Community Centre (see map).
Online classes are available via ZOOM and a new online Yoga Library is on its ways.
